When I founded Willow Tree Counseling in 2014, my aim was to create a space where clients feel both accepted and challenged to grow in every aspect of their lives. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I hold a deep belief in the inherent worth of every individual and the importance of our connections in both hurt and healing. My practice draws on interpersonal psychotherapy, relational neuroscience, and the principles of development and attachment, allowing me to work effectively with individuals of all ages.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husband and two young adult children. I also love reading, working out, enjoying nature, listening to podcasts, and discovering new ways to laugh.

Our human brain is created for relationship and connection-you were never supposed to learn to be alone with pain and stress.  Needing emotional safety and support isn't something wrong with you-

It's the sign of something deeply RIGHT with you.
